University of Turin: The Most Influential Films of All Time

A team of researchers from Italy’s University of Turin developed an algorithm for measuring the influence of more than 47,000 movies. They used the Internet Movie Database to search for which films were most referenced. The study was published in the Applied Network Science journal. 1. The Wizard of Oz (1939) 2.
